Please take in mind important information concerning obtaining Russian entry visa!

General info
Russian visas are issued by Russian consulates in your home country, based on an invitation or special number from an authorized Russian agent.

The authorized Russian agents as followings:
1. For Sportsmen - Ministry of sport, tourism and youth affairs
2. For Guests, accompanying guests and tourists - Reisebuero WELT (ref number - MVT 00070).

You required one of the following visa categories:
- sport relationships - for sportsmen and participates of sport competitions (sportsman, referees and others sport participants);
- tourist entry visa - for guests, accompanying guests and tourists.

Sportsman Visa Info

Dear sportsmen and participants of sport competition!

To receive Russian entry sport visa please:

1. Fill in "Application for Entry to Russia".
First please look at the Sample (Word or PDF). Answer ONLY red-marked fields. Use only capital letters, and type in English.

2. Send the filled in "Application for Entry to Russia" to Reisebuero WELT company to Mr. Stanislav Stegalin , office telephone number +7 495 933 7878, fax +7 495 933 7877.

3. If you already uploaded the passport copy in "Online Application" form you can skip this step.
Send the readily legible photocopy of the passport (scanned copy) to Reisebuero WELT to Mr. Stanislav Stegalin .

As soon as you will complete and send Application for Entry to Russia and send scanned passport to us you will be advised from us in written form within few days the special number required in consulate of your home country.

To obtain Russian entry sport visa, the following documents should be presented by you to Russian consulates of your home country:
- the special number required in consulate of your home country;
- valid national passport, validity exceeding planned date of departure from Russia by 6 months;
- 2-6 passport-size photos.

Tourist Visa Info

Dear tourists and accompanying guests!

To receive visa support for obtaining a Russian entry tourist visa, a readily legible photocopy of the guest's passport should be forwarded to Reisebuero WELT to Mr. Stanislav Stegalin , +7 495 933 7878, fax +7 495 933 7877.

Your visa support consists of "Tourist Voucher" and "Foreign Tourist Reception Confirmation".

Please keep in mind that Reisebuero WELT Company does not issue visas by itself.

To obtain Russian entry tourist visa, the following documents should be presented by you to Russian consulates of your home country:
- tourist voucher
- foreign tourist reception confirmation
- completed application form (you will get it in the Russian consulates), one per person. Please be advised that tourism should be mentioned as purpose of your visit in the application form at the Russian Consulate;
- valid national passport, validity exceeding planned date of departure from Russia by 6 months;
- 2-3 passport-size photos.
